I ordered Lasagna from there and it was SO good. it was a really big portion and had lots of cheese. I’ve only had pizza from here so I was hesitant to try something else since the pizza is so good, but the lasagna was amazing!
OVERALL RATING (8/10) This establishment is very clean, especially when you account for all the foot traffic that comes through their doors. The floors, tables, and bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is city-like; which explains why Rosati’s originated in Chicago. As far as the thin-crust, large pizza-pie I ordered, it was absolutely delicious. The wait for the pie was approximately 23 minutes from the order time to our table. This isn’t bad at all considering it is made to order and they don’t utilize a “flash cook” oven like many pizza restaurants incorporate.
Had the Italian beef sandwich. The bread held up to all the jus and they also gave me extra on the side for more dipping. The staff were nice and informed me of the special while I was ordering.
Writing this 9/27/2024 been going here occasionally for about 10 years, it’s really good to have on occasion. Pros: -cool Chicago decorations and photography on the walls -delicious pizza Other info: -street metered parking -they have a slice of pizza and fountain drink deal -they have canned drinks and bottled drinks and fountain drinks available -They have a rewards program with phone number but it’s not really clear how it works or what you earn etc. -they used to have a fresh good ranch dressing but they changed it at one point to a pre-packed ranch which wasn’t as good, not sure if they still use that
I have had 3 meal in 2 days here. Italian beef, stromboli,Chicago deep dish. I am really impressed. Now I have been back for the deep dish 2 times. The 1st time I asked for extra sauce and that was my mistake. This time I asked for light sauce and my pizza looks like soup. I have emailed the company and all they did was ask what location. No apology or explanation. I really liked this place. But I guess if corporate doesn't care why should the employees?
We were there last weekend and I wanted to make sure to get them a good review. Friendly service and amazing pizza. Counting the days to come back. We ordered a deep dish that was stuffed with cheese and sauce in all the right places. I love the cheese and my husband loves sauce so it was perfect. Why haven't we been there sooner.
We had a good experience, there was plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children, Pizza, Wings and a 2 liter came out less than thirty dollars, got a chance to catch up in a comfortable, clean dining room. All in all my family had a good time
I chose Rosati’s for my birthday meal. I also had a coupon for a free dessert from their texts. I chose tiramisu- of course!! You can never go wrong with their pizzas. So freaking good.
